Taken an interest in my works, I see~

  • All prices will be negotiated based on the length and complexity of the request.

  • Looping will not be counted in the pricing (a 2 minute track that is a 1 minute track repeated once will be priced based on the unlooped 1 minute track)

  • You may request for specific instruments to be included in the commission. In the case that the instruments requested are deemed to be unsuitable with the track's genre and music style, commission details will be discussed.

Character Theme Tracks. AKA the "tell me about your OC and I'll write a track about them" option. Perfect for introducing your OC in roleplay, or imagining you're meeting your OC in a Visual Novel.1 min & longer

Things to include in your request:

  • A description of your OC. Tell me anything that helps me understand your OC, from personality to backstory. Essays are accepted as long they're no longer than a document page

  • Audio references for music styles are optional! If not included, I will discuss with you on music style of the track based on the description.

  • The desired duration of the track. By default, I will write a 1-2 min track. If you would like a longer track, please indicate in your request. A rough indication/range of duration works if you do not have a specific duration in mind.

  • You may include a playlist as part of your description. If using it as an audio reference, indicate 1-3 tracks that are the most representative of the music style you want.

  • Visual references are not required for the commission. However, as a writer myself, if you include them in your commission request, I will completely understand.

  • The desired duration of the track. By default, I will write a 1-2 min track. If you would like a longer track, please indicate in your request. A rough indication/range of duration works if you do not have a specific duration in mind.

  • A description of the context of this battle encounter. Tell me what this battle theme is for. Against a clan, an OC perhaps? A Boss fight with a tragic backstory, or a generic battle theme for your TTRPG? Essays are accepted as long they're no longer than a document page.

  • Audio references for music styles are optional! If not included, I will discuss with you on music style of the track based on the description.

  • The desired duration of the track. By default, I will write a 1-2 min track. If you would like a longer track, please indicate in your request. A rough indication/range of duration works if you do not have a specific duration in mind.

  • You may include a playlist as part of your description. If using it as an audio reference, indicate 1-3 tracks that are the most representative of the music style you want.

  • I offer battle themes with Phases! Each subsequent phase (1min & longer) will charged accordingly, contact me for more details

  • Visual references are not required for the commission. However, as a writer myself, if you include them in your commission request, I will completely understand.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service. Failing to acknowledge these rules will result in an immediate blacklisting for future commissions.

General Commission Terms

  • Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. All clients are subjected to the T.O.S and prices displayed at the time of the commission order’s transaction.

  • Payment is done upfront and proceeded via Paypal in USD.

  • I reserve the right to reject any commission request I'm not comfortable with.

  • Updates on the commission will be sent to the client.

Rights and Credits

  • Commissions are not for commercial use unless I give explicit permission in writing. If you would like to use your commission for commercial use, please let it be known in your commission request. Note that commercial commissions will have additional charges.

  • I own all rights to the commissions by default. Rights to my music will be an additional, negotiable price.

  • The commissioned work can be posted so long as proper credit to KanDoMusic is given. This must be done irregardless of who owns the rights to the track.

  • Commissions cannot be sold as NFTs nor through any cryptocurrency.

Commission Process

  • If I am not familiar with the genre/music style requested, I will let the client know.

  • Requests for minor modifications of the commissioned work are free of charge. [removing/adding a specific section, "hey could this part sound a bit more <insert word> like?", adjustments to volume, minor instrumentation changes, etc.]

  • You are entitled to 1 major modification free of charge. [drastic changes to music style, genre, emotion and length, etc., basically changes to your initial commission request]

  • Further major modifications may incur an additional fee up to 50% charge. If the changes are happening because I misunderstood something, I will waive the policy.

  • If you change your mind about your commission before I start on the second draft, you are entitled to 100% refund. Afterwards, no refunds allowed, no exception.
